Not in love with your purchase? No problem. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date you received your order to the date you send them back to us for a refund.
Please note that the original shipping cost and return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless there is a quality issue.
How Can I Make A Return?
1. Email us at contact@ynfjewelry.com with your intent to return, including order number, reason, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items.
2. Await our confirmation and instructions.
3. Ship the items back. Once received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Which Items Are Eligible To Be Returned?
1. Condition of Items: Eligible items must be in unworn, original condition, including original packaging and tags.
2. Bundled Products: Bundles need to be returned in full. Partial returns of bundled products will not qualify for a refund.
3. Final Sale Items: Items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
4. Free Gifts: If the order eligible for a refund includes free gifts, these gifts must also be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition.
Non-Quality Return Conditions at YNF.
1. Style, Color, and Personal Preference: Returns based on dissatisfaction with the style, color, or a change in personal preference are not classified as quality issues.
2. Sizing: It's crucial for customers to check and choose the correct size before purchasing. Returns due to sizing issues are not regarded as quality defects.
Where Is My Refund?
Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
Exchange Policy at YNF.
Currently, YNF does not offer direct exchanges. Our commitment is to ensure every customer receives brand-new jewelry. However, you're welcome to place a new order for the desired item and return the original purchase.
